Finance Manager

About the role

The Medical Clinic in Madinah is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead its financial operations. The role involves overseeing budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow planning and financial analysis to support the clinic’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts and cash‑flow plans.
• Perform financial analysis and prepare management reports.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with IFRS or local GAAP.
• Implement and monitor financial controls, prepare for audits and manage risk and compliance with local tax regulations.
• Oversee ERP/accounting systems, financial dashboards and reporting tools.
• Lead and supervise the finance team, delegating tasks and collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; CMA, CPA or ACCA preferred.
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or senior finance role, preferably within healthcare or medical clinics.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Willingness to work onsite in the Madinah region.
