Finance Manager (Jeddah, Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, experienced and strategic Finance Manager to build and lead the Accounting & Finance Department for a leading medical products and healthcare solutions provider in Saudi Arabia. The role will ensure financial integrity, operational efficiency and regulatory compliance while supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Accounting & Finance Department, defining structure, reporting lines and team development.
• Recruit, mentor and evaluate finance personnel, fostering a culture of accountability.
• Develop finance policies, SOPs and internal controls, ensuring cross‑functional collaboration.
• Oversee all accounting operations, including General Ledger, month‑end and year‑end closing, and financial reporting in accordance with IFRS.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and review journal entries and reconciliations.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial planning processes.
• Monitor budget performance, analyse variances and provide insights for strategic decisions.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, liquidity and banking relationships, preparing cash flow forecasts and optimizing cash utilization.
• Handle manufacturing cost accounting, standard costing, cost variance analysis and product costing.
