Finance Operations Professional – Order to Cash Lead (Jeddah)

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Operations Professional to lead the Order to Cash (O2C) process for our Electrical Products business unit in Jeddah. The role combines commercial finance management, factory operations oversight, and performance controlling to support our smart infrastructure portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the O2C cycle, ensuring accurate order processing, documentation, invoicing and timely cash collection.
• Manage the warehouse and order‑management team to guarantee delivery release and invoice preparation.
• Oversee month‑end close activities, including cost accruals, revenue recognition and profit declaration.
• Prepare and support monthly/quarterly forecasts for order intake, net sales, gross margin and related provisions.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and identify business risks and opportunities.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with accounting principles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• 5‑8 years of finance or controlling experience in a product‑based business.
• Ability to work with diverse internal and external partners in an international environment.
• Basic understanding of legal concepts and strong analytical mindset.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
