Finance Reporting & Business Partnering Manager (FP&A)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Reporting & Business Partnering Manager to join our finance team in Jeddah. The role bridges Accounting and FP&A, delivering accurate reports, commercial insights, and supporting strategic decisions while driving finance transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reports, executive dashboards, board reports and KPI packs.
• Coordinate month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end reporting activities.
• Support statutory reporting, regulatory compliance and external audit processes.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and performance analysis.
• Partner with business units to provide financial insights, commercial analysis and decision support.
• Evaluate business cases, investment opportunities and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze project profitability, revenue performance, cost trends and margin improvement opportunities.
• Support pricing reviews, contract evaluations and profitability assessments.
• Monitor working capital, cash flow, receivables, payables and liquidity.
• Lead reporting automation and finance digitisation initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to enhance ERP systems, reporting platforms and data governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• 6–10 years of experience in Financial Reporting, FP&A, finance business partnering or corporate finance.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, financial governance and statutory reporting.
• Professional proficiency in English; Arabic preferred.
• Experience in large corporate, real‑estate, construction, infrastructure or hospitality environments is a plus.

Required skills

• ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Reporting and analytics tools: Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Analytics or SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Experience with finance transformation, reporting automation or digital finance initiatives.
