Financial Analyst – Finance Team

About the role

Baazeem Trading Company is looking for a motivated Financial Analyst to join its Finance team. The role involves analysing financial data, spotting trends, and delivering insights that support strategic decisions and improve overall business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse current and historical financial data to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Prepare and review routine and ad‑hoc financial reports.
• Interpret financial information and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop recommendations to improve profitability and operational performance.
• Present financial findings and business insights to management.
• Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities as needed.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data used for reporting and analysis.
• Utilise ERP systems to extract, analyse, and validate financial data for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar.
• Knowledge of financial modeling and reporting.
