Financial Controller

About the role

The Financial Controller role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Riyadh, responsible for overseeing the company’s day‑to‑day financial operations and ensuring accurate reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounting processes and monitor cash flows.
• Prepare and review financial statements and support budgeting and forecasting.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to leadership for decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve financial efficiency and support strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate with external auditors and optimize financial systems and workflows.
• Help build scalable financial practices aligned with the company’s growth objectives.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of finance and accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a financial management or controller role.
• Experience in real estate, logistics, construction or related sectors is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; professional certifications (CPA, CMA, ACCA) are an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, internal controls and compliance frameworks.
