Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

About the role

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will lead the FP&A function across the GCC region, supporting a multi‑market manufacturing business. You will drive integrated business planning, reporting, and strategic financial analysis to enable senior leadership decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional FP&A activities, including monthly/quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, rolling forecasts and long‑term strategic plans.
• Own the end‑to‑end month‑end close and flash reporting processes, delivering accurate P&L statements and preliminary results.
• Produce executive management reports with variance analysis, strategic recommendations and performance updates.
• Partner with senior business leaders on scenario modelling, investment evaluations and performance management.
• Evaluate and optimise end‑to‑end value chains to improve margins, reduce costs and enhance profitability.
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models, dashboards and analytical tools for pricing, investment cases and market expansion.
• Monitor key financial and operational KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Champion digital finance transformation through AI, automation and advanced analytics.
• Drive financial governance and standardised reporting across the region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance or Business Finance, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
• Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
• Strong analytical abilities with a track record of delivering actionable insights.
