Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

About the role
Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis that provides clear visibility into business performance. Support management decision‑making through profitability analysis, cost management, and business partnering.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and streamline the monthly reporting process across all entities.
- Coordinate and support the monthly financial close, aligning with Group Finance timelines.
- Perform detailed Trial Balance reviews and validate financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements with clear commentary and analysis.
- Develop and maintain cost‑center and department‑level P&L reports.
- Conduct overhead and cost variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior periods.
- Consolidate monthly management packs and executive presentations.
- Partner with operational stakeholders to provide financial insights and strengthen accountability.
- Support automation initiatives and reduce manual reporting interventions.
- Participate in Oracle EPM implementation and optimization for reporting automation.
