Financial Program Controller

About the role

Eram Talent is recruiting, on behalf of its client, a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Program Controller in Dhahran. The role supports enterprise-level strategic programs through financial oversight, program governance, performance tracking and executive reporting. It is an on-site position.

Key responsibilities

• Support cost estimation, calculate estimated program benefits and validate financial outcomes against business cases.
• Apply program governance frameworks to support the planning, coordination and execution of strategic enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Design, build and maintain performance dashboards tracking financial metrics, schedules, risks and benefit realization.
• Turn complex program data into clear, concise executive reports and visual communication materials.
• Conduct variance analysis (cost vs budget, schedule vs plan) and propose corrective action plans.
• Track program risks and issues and ensure mitigation strategies are implemented.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems or Industrial Engineering (finance focus).
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 / 4.0 (or 4.0 / 5.0 equivalent).
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.
• Familiarity with CapEx and OpEx tracking and ERP systems for integrated financial tracking.
• Preferred certifications: CCP, CCT, CFP, CMA, PMP, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (Power BI) or MOS Advanced Excel.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, financial modeling)
• Power BI, Tableau or similar dashboarding tools
• Project management platforms such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence or Smartsheet
• Quantitative modeling and strong analytical and communication skills
