Lead Financial Control Analyst (Big 4 Experience)

About the role

Eram Talent is seeking a highly experienced Lead Financial Control Analyst with a strong background in Big 4 consulting firms. The role leads financial control activities, ensures compliance with regulatory standards and provides strategic insights to support business objectives. It works closely with cross-functional business units to maintain robust financial controls and improve financial reporting. The position is onsite in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial control processes in line with regulatory and corporate standards
• Develop, implement and monitor internal controls to mitigate financial risks
• Collaborate with finance and business teams to optimise financial reporting and compliance
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings
• Provide strategic analysis and insights to senior management
• Drive continuous improvement of financial controls and reporting
• Mentor and guide team members

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, plus a professional certification such as CPA, CA or CFA; an MBA or other postgraduate degree is desirable
• 10+ years of finance experience as a Financial Controller or CFO, or in a large consulting firm handling finance set-up and integration (e.g. Big 4)
• Experience across a range of industries and companies
• Operational finance experience including finance business partnering, management reporting, record-to-report, request-to-pay and order-to-cash processes, financial reporting, planning, budgeting and forecasting, and financial governance and controls
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects
