Financing Transaction Execution Specialist

About the role

The Financing Transaction Execution Specialist will lead the bank selection process, evaluate financing proposals, and negotiate agreements that support Mobily’s strategic growth. This role works closely with legal, advisory, and treasury teams to ensure compliance and optimal financial structuring.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and manage the bank selection process, receive and evaluate financing proposals, negotiate terms, and obtain management approvals.
• Coordinate engagement of law firms, advisors, and consultants for documentation, legal, and technical due diligence.
• Prepare and distribute quarterly covenant compliance reports to all lenders.
• Maintain monthly dashboards for Treasury, Financing, and CFO covering loan movements, Murabaha disbursements, fees, brokerage, agency, legal, and banking charges.
• Handle hedging and Forex activities, analyze market trends, interest‑rate movements, and assess cost impacts.
• Apply hedge accounting under IFRS, ensuring proper MTM treatment in financial statements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Strong understanding of corporate financing, loan structures, and treasury operations.
