First Line Manager

About the role

Abbott is seeking a First Line Manager to lead a small team within its Established Pharmaceuticals division in Riyadh. This role focuses on mentoring, coaching, and coordinating professionals to promote and sell Abbott’s branded generic medicines across multiple therapeutic areas.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of two or more professionals, providing day‑to‑day guidance.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members to achieve sales targets.
• Promote and sell Abbott products to specialists, physicians, pharmacies, and distributors in the assigned territory.
• Coordinate activities across the team without direct budget or hiring authority.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Saudi national with a valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialists (SCHS) license.
• Minimum four years of experience in the Saudi pharmaceutical market.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
