Fleet Asset Maintenance Planner – Riyadh

About the role

Alstom Grid is seeking a full‑time Fleet Asset Maintenance Planner for the Riyadh Transit System. You will apply your operational planning and coordination expertise to ensure smooth handover and handback of trains between operation and maintenance teams, maintaining high fleet availability.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate train handover and handback activities, including documentation and communication.
• Produce accurate Daily Fleet Availability Reports.
• Support service requests and work order compliance, linking train requests to approved documentation.
• Enhance coordination between maintenance and operations to optimise train allocation.
• Assist maintenance execution to improve fleet reliability and availability.
• Engage proactively with stakeholders to minimise delays and operational disruptions.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Transportation Management or a related field.
• Understanding of fleet planning, maintenance coordination or asset management.
• Familiarity with operational procedures and compliance requirements.
