About the role
Al Khaldi is looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to lead fleet and transportation operations across Saudi Arabia, focusing on heavy trucks and tankers.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily fleet operations, vehicle maintenance and driver management.
- Ensure safety, regulatory compliance and implement GPS tracking and preventive maintenance programs.
- Monitor key performance indicators and control operational costs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience, with at least 3–5 years in a fleet management leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi transportation regulations and local market.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
