Fleet Supervisor

About the role

The Fleet Supervisor will manage and supervise the company's vehicle and equipment fleet, ensuring availability, proper utilization, maintenance, and compliance with company procedures and project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily fleet operations, including vehicle allocation, dispatching, and movement between project locations.
• Maintain an updated fleet register covering vehicles, drivers, registration, insurance, and inspection validity.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, servicing, and vehicle inspections.
• Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, operating costs, and vehicle utilization.
• Assign vehicles and drivers according to operational requirements and approved schedules.
• Ensure drivers hold valid licenses and comply with traffic regulations and project HSE requirements.
• Investigate and report vehicle accidents, breakdowns, misuse, and other fleet‑related incidents.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in logistics, fleet management, automotive studies, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of fleet management or transportation supervision experience, preferably in construction or industrial projects.
