Procurement Senior Specialist

About the role

Master Works is looking for a Procurement Senior Specialist to manage end‑to‑end procurement activities, source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services in line with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement process based on business requirements, from sourcing to purchase order issuance.
• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers, obtaining competitive quotations and comparing them on price, quality, specifications, and delivery terms.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and commercial terms.
• Prepare, issue, and follow up on Purchase Orders, monitoring delivery and ensuring timely receipt of goods and services.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, receipts, POs, and supplier documentation.
• Coordinate with Finance and relevant departments regarding payments, approvals, and procurement requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and monitor their performance.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, financial controls, and approval procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of proven experience in procurement or purchasing.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple procurement activities and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferred).
