Floor Supervisor

About the role

The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations in Riyadh, ensuring that service, hygiene and brand standards are consistently met. This role involves direct interaction with guests, staff coordination and inventory management to deliver a seamless dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in opening and closing procedures, adhering to all operational norms and guidelines.
• Welcome guests, present menus, assist with selections and monitor table satisfaction.
• Conduct monthly inventory of brand equipment and ensure accurate records.
• Process customer payments and resolve any complaints promptly.
• Supervise staff, enforce preparation techniques and monitor compliance with SOPs.
• Support achievement of organizational targets and brand objectives.
• Maintain proper uniform standards and personal hygiene at all times.
• Plan and assign tasks, set deadlines, monitor results, provide training and communicate team needs to management.

Required profile

• Technical degree in Food and Beverage or Hospitality Management.
• Three to four years of experience in food and beverage operations, including at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Strong teamwork, commercial understanding, customer focus, decision‑making, initiative, cultural awareness and ability to develop and motivate others.
