Foreman – Site Construction Operations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Foreman to lead day‑to‑day construction activities on our civil projects in Saudi Arabia. You will ensure that work is carried out safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards while coordinating crews, equipment, and materials.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site construction tasks, including concrete works, formwork, scaffolding, excavation and earthworks.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate labour, equipment, materials and subcontractor activities.
• Monitor progress, productivity, quality and cost performance against project targets.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality requirements.
• Organise and control the use of construction plant, equipment and temporary works.
• Prepare and update site records, progress reports and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, contractors and other stakeholders to resolve site issues.
• Lead, motivate and develop site teams while promoting safe working practices.

Required profile

• A‑Level, NQF Level 4 or equivalent qualification in Building, Construction or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in engineering and construction projects, with proven supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, quality management and construction methods.
• Good understanding of safety regulations and environmental compliance.
• Excellent planning, leadership, communication and decision‑making abilities.
