FP&A Director – Financial Planning & Analysis Lead

About the role

Our client, a leading FMCG organization, is seeking an experienced FP&A Director to be based in Jeddah. The role will drive the financial planning and analysis agenda, delivering insights that support strategic decisions and align financial targets with business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the annual operating plan (AOP), budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide financial performance analysis, business reviews and variance explanations to senior leadership.
• Conduct capex reviews, investment analysis and support key investment decisions.
• Set financial targets, monitor performance against them and recommend corrective actions.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to embed financial discipline into day‑to‑day operations.
• Enhance and standardise financial planning, reporting and business review processes.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in FP&A or related finance roles, preferably within FMCG.
• Proven track record in financial performance management, AOP, forecasting and business reviews.
• Strong experience in capex evaluation, investment analysis and target setting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to translate financial data into actionable business decisions.
