Front-End Systems Technical Specialist

About the role

The Front-End Systems Technical Specialist will work on‑site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, ensuring the stability, performance and usability of client‑side applications. The role involves diagnosing technical issues, providing hands‑on support to internal teams and clients, and collaborating with cross‑functional groups to continuously improve front‑end systems.

Key responsibilities

• Support and maintain front‑end systems, including user interfaces and client‑side components.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing hands‑on assistance to internal teams and customers.
• Monitor system performance and implement preventive measures to avoid service disruptions.
• Collaborate with back‑end developers, designers and other stakeholders to implement improvements and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Document solutions, procedures and contribute to user training and knowledge sharing.
• Assist in deploying updates, validating configurations and ensuring front‑end behavior matches customer expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in front‑end development.
• Currently residing in Riyadh or elsewhere in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Fluent Arabic speaker.
• Holder of a transferable Iqama.
