About the role
Join Amazon Operations as a Fulfillment Center Supervisor, overseeing shift management in first‑mile, middle‑mile, or final‑mile facilities. You will ensure safe, efficient order fulfillment and support a dynamic, results‑driven team.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities.
- Manage and train associates to deliver high‑quality service.
- Adjust labor allocation to meet and exceed plans and forecasts.
- Provide critical shift information to frontline management.
- Collaborate with support functions to address performance issues.
- Analyze data to solve logistics and supply‑chain challenges.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift up to 49 lb and stand/walk for up to 12‑hour shifts.
