Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Leaders Solutions LS is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join its Riyadh‑based team. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will design, develop and maintain scalable web applications that power the company’s performance‑management and AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement front‑end interfaces using HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript (React).
• Build and maintain back‑end services with Node.js, RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews.
• Debug, troubleshoot and optimise application performance and scalability.
• Contribute to software architecture decisions and adopt best‑practice development processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and React.js.
• Hands‑on experience with HTML5, CSS3 and modern JavaScript.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
• Familiarity with database systems such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Comfort working with version control (Git) and agile/Scrum methodologies.
