About the role
Oracle Fusion Projects Functional Lead will be responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions, including implementation, enhancements and AMS support. The role focuses on driving project financials, governance and stakeholder alignment across enterprise programs.
Key responsibilities
- Produce Solution Design Documents (SDD) and Key Configuration Decisions (KCD).
- Develop configuration workbooks, data migration and technical support.
- Create SIT/UAT test scripts and provide support.
- Prepare training materials and facilitate workshops.
Required profile
- 15+ years of Oracle Project Accounting / PPM experience.
- Minimum 2+ Oracle Fusion PPM Cloud implementations, with at least 2 full‑lifecycle Fusion implementations as Lead Consultant.
- Strong customer‑facing and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience managing onsite‑offshore delivery teams.
