Furniture Fixtures & Equipment Coordinator (Saudi National)

About the role

KBR is expanding its Project Management Office consultancy team for a high‑profile infrastructure development in Riyadh. The Furniture Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) Coordinator will lead design management, procurement, logistics and site installation of furniture, fixtures, artwork and bespoke product packages for the project.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate FF&E, artwork, décor and custom product packages from concept through final delivery.
• Develop material boards, samples, finishes and colour palettes in collaboration with the client.
• Work with Project Management Consultants, contractors and designers to prepare specifications, mood boards and product selection sheets.
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement trackers and ensure timely deliveries aligned with asset occupancy dates.
• Review BOQs, drawings and design requirements for compliance and consistency.
• Support on‑site coordination, installation and client approvals of samples, prototypes and finishes.

Required profile

• Minimum five years (60 months) of experience in FF&E coordination or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage design, procurement and logistics for large‑scale projects.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and contractors.
• Saudi national status as required by the posting.
