General Accountant

About the role

A leading steel manufacturing factory in Riyadh is looking for an experienced General Accountant to join its finance team. The role covers daily accounting operations, accurate financial records, financial reporting support and compliance with accounting procedures. The estimated salary is SAR 5,500 to 8,500 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions and keep accurate financial records
• Prepare financial reports, account reconciliations and supporting documentation
• Record and monitor transactions using accounting software
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures
• Support internal and external audits with complete financial documentation

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, majoring in Accounting, with a minimum grade of Good
• At least five years of accounting experience, including industrial-sector experience (mandatory)
• Good command of English
• No previous work experience in any Gulf country
• Applicants must come from Mansoura or Ismailia governorates, Egypt

Required skills

• Proficiency in accounting software and financial record management
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliations and compliance procedures
