About the role
The client is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead its agricultural business across Saudi Arabia. Based in Qassim, the role will oversee farms in Medina and Jadida, ensuring optimal crop production and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the entire agricultural portfolio, including day‑to‑day farm operations.
- Oversee irrigation systems and ensure efficient water use.
- Develop and implement compost preparation and usage programs.
- Supervise the use and maintenance of farm machinery.
- Implement plant protection strategies to safeguard crops.
- Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years experience as a General Manager or equivalent in large‑scale farming.
- Proven track record in farm management and agricultural methods.
- Strong supervisory and motivational abilities.
- Experience with date farms is highly preferred.
