General Manager – Automotive Operations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the operations, sales and overall performance of a leading car company in Riyadh. The role requires strong leadership, deep automotive industry knowledge and a proven ability to drive growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations and ensure efficient performance.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales and profitability targets.
• Lead sales, marketing, after‑sales, service and administrative teams.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets and key operational KPIs.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and quality standards.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Recruit, mentor and develop high‑performing teams.
• Prepare and present management reports to ownership and executive leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
• 8–15+ years of automotive industry experience, including senior management roles.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle sales, after‑sales operations and dealership management.
• Proven leadership, negotiation and decision‑making abilities.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid driving licence.
