General Manager – Cybersecurity (Riyadh)

About the role

The General Manager will lead the cybersecurity business unit in Riyadh, driving revenue growth, customer satisfaction and overall profitability. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape sales strategy and oversee a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Lead, coach and manage a high‑performing sales team.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports and performance analyses.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and achieve key P&L results.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales leadership within the cybersecurity industry.
• Deep knowledge of the Saudi market and customer landscape.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Ability to design and execute strategic sales plans.
• Strong analytical skills for market data and insight generation.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification.
