About the role
The client seeks a General Manager to lead an indoor active entertainment venue in Riyadh. This senior position holds full profit & loss and budget responsibility, overseeing daily operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Own the venue’s P&L and develop annual budgets.
- Direct day‑to‑day operations, guaranteeing smooth execution of all activities.
- Drive exceptional guest experience and high customer satisfaction scores.
- Manage, coach and develop department managers and frontline staff.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and risk‑management standards.
Required profile
- 7–10+ years of experience in operations, hospitality, entertainment, leisure or family entertainment centres.
- 3–5+ years in a senior leadership role with full P&L responsibility.
- Proven ability to lead large teams and manage complex venue operations.
