We are seeking a General Manager to lead recruitment and build strategic partnerships for Saudiaat.com in Riyadh. The role focuses on enhancing the company’s visibility, attracting top‑quality candidates, and expanding relationships with universities, government bodies and corporations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead recruitment initiatives to source and hire high‑calibre talent.
- Strengthen and expand existing relationships with universities, government entities and corporate partners.
- Raise Saudiaat’s profile and reputation within the talent acquisition landscape.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships that serve as talent pipelines.
- Design and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organisational needs.
Required profile
- Proven track record of leading recruitment efforts and attracting top‑quality candidates.
- Strong networking ability and experience leveraging established relationships.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Deep understanding of recruitment dynamics and effective talent acquisition strategies.
