General Manager – Pre-Opening

About the role

As the General Manager – Pre‑Opening, you will bring Earth Riyadh to life, guiding the property from construction handover through launch and beyond. This senior hospitality leader will shape a community‑focused destination that blends design, food, wellness, creativity and human connection.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the complete pre‑opening process, coordinating with Development, Design, Technical Services, Brand, Finance and Culture teams.
• Build and execute the opening critical path, ensuring operational readiness across all departments.
• Oversee procurement, OS&E installation, testing, commissioning and departmental set‑up.
• Recruit, onboard and develop the opening leadership team and broader staff community.
• Drive daily hotel operations, maintaining high standards in rooms, F&B, wellness, retail, engineering, finance and people.
• Champion guest‑first experiences, monitor feedback and continuously innovate.
• Position Earth Riyadh as a leading lifestyle destination through activations, partnerships and community events.
• Deliver financial targets, manage budgeting, forecasting, cost control and asset protection.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading pre‑opening or full‑cycle hotel operations, preferably in lifestyle or boutique concepts.
• Strong leadership presence with a hands‑on, visible approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with guests, staff and local creators.
• Ability to foster a culture of creativity, inclusivity and connection.
