General Manager – Premium Café (Riyadh)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a prestigious café concept in Riyadh. This full‑time role will drive operational excellence, nurture a high‑performing team, and ensure an outstanding guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations, maintaining efficiency, quality, and brand standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff, fostering teamwork and high performance.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, P&L analysis, cost control, and revenue‑maximising strategies.
• Champion exceptional customer service, promptly addressing feedback.
• Control inventory, stock levels, and supplier relationships to ensure product quality.
• Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to attract new customers and build community engagement.

Required profile

• Proven senior management experience in a premium food‑and‑beverage environment (General Manager or Café Manager).
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L statements.
• Excellent leadership, team‑development, and communication skills.
• Outstanding organisational and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Passion for coffee, food, and creating memorable customer experiences.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage.
