General Manager – Tourism & Operations

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on General Manager to lead tourism and cultural projects, drive business growth, and ensure operational excellence across all locations. Reporting directly to the Board, you will shape strategy while overseeing day‑to‑day activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and business activities for tourism and cultural initiatives.
• Develop and execute growth and expansion strategies.
• Build and maintain partnerships with clients, stakeholders, and service providers.
• Supervise operational performance across all projects and locations.
• Represent the company at meetings, events, and business opportunities.
• Monitor financial and operational metrics and report to the Board.
• Identify new revenue streams and market channels.
• Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Develop annual plans, targets, and operational improvements.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of experience in management, operations, or business development.
• Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, events, or related sectors is preferred.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Based in Jeddah or familiar with the Western Region market.
