General Service Support Graduate

About the role

As a Services Support Graduate you will join Philips Health Systems Services Delivery team in Saudi Arabia, working closely with diverse colleagues to deliver high‑quality support for customers and patients. The role focuses on installing, maintaining and troubleshooting Philips Healthcare equipment while continuously improving service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Install Philips Healthcare equipment according to company standards, meeting quality and timing requirements.
• Perform planned maintenance, equipment modifications and corrective maintenance within scheduled timeframes.
• Submit accurate service data, job sheets, reports and expense claims promptly.
• Identify customer needs and potential commercial leads during visits and provide feedback to management.
• Represent Philips professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction in appearance and behavior.

Required profile

• Graduated (post‑2025) with a Bachelor or Master in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of complex technical systems is an asset.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and the local language.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with willingness to travel across KSA (valid driving licence required).
