Speech Therapist

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Riyadh. You will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders, helping clients achieve personal goals and improve quality of life.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments using standardized tests and observational techniques to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Design and implement individualized therapy sessions employing evidence‑based practices.
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting plans as needed.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, psychologists, and other professionals to provide holistic care.
• Educate clients and families about communication disorders and therapeutic processes.
• Participate in professional development workshops and conferences.
• Support and mentor junior therapists, sharing best practices.
• Engage in community outreach to raise awareness of early intervention.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
