Generator Sales Manager

About the role

The Generator Sales Manager will lead SANY Saudi Arabia’s generator business in Riyadh, driving revenue growth and expanding market presence across key industrial sectors. The role combines strategic planning, client relationship management, and team leadership to capture new opportunities in the power generation market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and identify new business opportunities.
• Build and manage key accounts, dealer networks and sales channels.
• Prepare quotations, participate in tenders and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Lead, coach and manage the sales team to achieve high performance.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and compliance.
• Target sectors such as data centres, power plants, industrial facilities, construction and infrastructure projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in generator set (Genset) sales or the power generation industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and customer requirements.
• Existing client network or business resources within the generator industry, especially in data centres, power stations, industrial, oil & gas, telecommunications or infrastructure.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and leadership abilities.
• Valid Saudi driving licence preferred.
