Graduate Development Program – Saudi Arabia (Saudi National)

About the role

The Graduate Trainee will join the KSA Graduate Development Program, offering fresh graduates practical exposure across Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Service Delivery. The program builds foundational business knowledge, functional skills, and workplace competencies aligned with GCG's growth strategy in the Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in structured on‑the‑job training across assigned departments as part of a rotational development plan.
• Support day‑to‑day business operations, including coordination, reporting, and administrative activities.
• Assist team members in executing sales, service, or project‑related tasks as required.
• Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation for departmental activities.
• Prepare basic reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Attend all assigned learning sessions, workshops, and development activities.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn, take initiative, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
• Saudi national (as per Saudization requirements).
• 0–1 year of work experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
• Basic proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Good communication skills in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of accounting software.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles.
• Previous knowledge or experience with ERP/Oracle.
