About the role

The Group Chief Human Resources Officer (Groupe CHRO) will lead the strategic transformation of a global HR function, aligning people initiatives with the company’s vision and strategic goals. This senior leader will use data‑driven decision‑making to build a diverse, high‑performance workforce across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategic plan that supports overall business objectives.
• Partner with the executive team to integrate talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Drive change‑management programs, succession planning, and compliance with international labor regulations.
• Design and launch innovative HR initiatives that improve performance and competitive advantage.
• Act as a key influencer among senior leaders, championing inclusive culture and diversity.
• Oversee HR analytics, budgeting, and ROI measurement for HR projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 8 years in an executive leadership role.
• Proven track record of creating and implementing global HR strategies.
• Deep knowledge of international labor laws and HR governance best practices.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in crisis management, conflict resolution, and stakeholder relationship building.
