Growth Channels Assistant Manager

About the role

Arla Foods is looking for a dynamic, analytically‑driven Growth Channels Assistant Manager to help develop our categories across key growth channels such as eCommerce, discounters and convenience stores. Reporting to the Customer Growth Lead Manager, you will translate brand, shopper and customer ambitions into actionable growth plans and work closely with Sales, Category Development, Marketing and Supply Chain teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and execution of growth channel plans for eCommerce, discounters and convenience.
• Analyse category, shopper, customer and market data to uncover growth opportunities and produce actionable recommendations.
• Create category growth stories, customer presentations and performance reviews to aid business planning.
• Monitor channel KPIs and track performance against growth targets.
• Assist in category reviews, customer business planning and commercial growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Category Development, NRM and Supply Chain to ensure effective execution of priorities.
• Contribute to digital‑shelf excellence, including assortment, content, availability and visibility.
• Support promotional planning, seasonal activations and innovation launches across growth channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Category Development, trade, or a comparable FMCG commercial role.
