Growth Consultant – Business Development

About the role

The Growth Consultant will support Elm’s planning and execution of business growth and market expansion initiatives. You will identify new opportunities, conduct market analysis, evaluate feasibility, build strategic relationships, and help generate revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to spot emerging trends, customer needs and potential business opportunities.
• Assess market attractiveness, competitive dynamics and identify risks and barriers.
• Support the development of market entry and expansion strategies, evaluate strategic options and monitor execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, government entities and industry stakeholders.
• Evaluate business opportunities from commercial, operational and strategic perspectives and prepare business cases.
• Perform financial analysis including revenue projections, profitability and ROI assessments.
• Collaborate with technical teams to assess solution feasibility and address technical constraints.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in market analysis and business development.
• Proven ability to evaluate commercial and financial aspects of opportunities.
• Experience in stakeholder management and building strategic partnerships.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
