Growth Manager

About the role

Atheal is seeking a Growth Manager to own and operate its end‑to‑end growth engine. This role combines acquisition, partnership building, content creation, and brand stewardship to drive sustainable member growth for a personal health intelligence platform serving Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute full‑funnel acquisition strategies, from lead generation to signup, while tracking cost and conversion metrics.
• Identify, recruit, and manage affiliates, ambassadors, gyms, wellness studios, clinics, creators, and corporate wellness groups to generate qualified demand.
• Transform member questions and health insights into trusted content, overseeing creator briefs, approvals, and quality control.
• Maintain premium, Saudi‑relevant brand perception across all growth channels, avoiding spammy or fear‑based tactics.
• Implement growth operations processes, produce weekly performance reports, and iterate based on data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Obsessive focus on funnel metrics – knows weekly lead volume, source, conversion rates, and acquisition cost without prompting.
• Ability to build repeatable systems rather than one‑off campaigns.
• Strong brand guardian who can move quickly while protecting brand integrity.
