About the role

Codezal AI, a Saudi‑registered AI consultancy, is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to shape its LinkedIn presence, create bilingual content, and drive lead generation through paid social campaigns. This role blends content creation, design, and data‑driven growth marketing to support the company’s expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow Codezal AI’s LinkedIn presence, creating bilingual content in Arabic and English.
• Design visually appealing posts and assets that reflect the brand’s identity.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
• Manage media‑buying budgets, monitor performance metrics and ensure a positive return on investment.
• Develop and maintain inbound and outbound pipelines, adjusting tactics based on data insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or startup growth marketing.
• Fluent in Arabic with strong written skills in both Arabic and English.
• Good eye for design and ability to produce sharp visual content.
• Hands‑on experience with paid social platforms and data‑driven campaign optimisation.
