About the role

The Guest Environment Expert ensures that every guest experiences a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay at our Ritz‑Carlton property. Working full‑time on the hotel floor, you will uphold the brand’s Gold Standards through meticulous housekeeping and attentive service.

Key responsibilities

Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards.
Deliver guest requests promptly, including stocking carts and providing fresh linens.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality requirements.
Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and clear communication at all times.

Required profile

Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
Physical capability to handle objects up to 50 pounds.
Commitment to a safe work environment and adherence to company policies.
Respect for guest privacy and confidentiality.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
