Guest Management & Protocol Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Management & Protocol Specialist to support a major international event in Saudi Arabia. You will ensure that VIPs, dignitaries, delegations and key stakeholders experience a seamless, professional journey from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of guest management and protocol operations for the event.
• Coordinate arrivals, departures and event attendance for VIP, VVIP, dignitary and stakeholder groups.
• Manage guest lists, invitations, seating plans and accreditation requirements.
• Liaise with internal teams, government entities, venues and service providers.
• Assist with protocol arrangements for official ceremonies, meetings and special events.
• Handle guest communications, hospitality arrangements and issue resolution.
• Prepare operational reports, schedules and stakeholder briefings.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in protocol, guest management, hospitality, events, customer service, public relations or stakeholder management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
• Professional handling of VIP and stakeholder interactions.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is highly preferred.
