Head of Catering & Events

About the role

Elite Hospitality seeks an experienced leader to establish and head its catering and events division across Saudi Arabia. The role involves building the business from the ground up, generating new corporate and private catering opportunities, and overseeing the full event lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch Elite Hospitality’s catering and events division, leveraging existing kitchens, staff, equipment and restaurant brands.
• Generate new business from corporate clients, government entities, event agencies, luxury brands, weddings and major events.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, menus and event packages, and manage events from enquiry through planning, production, service and post‑event follow‑up.
• Coordinate with Operations, Chefs, Procurement, Finance, HR and Marketing to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor event costs, food cost, staffing, logistics and profitability while maintaining Elite Hospitality standards for quality and guest experience.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in catering, events, hospitality or food & beverage, with a strong track record in the Saudi market.
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia with an extensive network in corporate, government or hospitality sectors.
• Proven sales and business development experience in catering.
• Commercial mindset with solid understanding of costing and profitability.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
