About the role
The Captain Waiter will lead daily operations of the restaurant branch, ensuring smooth service and meeting sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the daily opening and closing of the branch.
- Monitor daily sales and ensure the branch meets its basic sales targets.
- Supervise and support branch staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain proper stock levels and report any shortages or issues to management.
- Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and company standards are followed.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Assist in training new employees and ensure they understand their duties and procedures.
- Report any operational issues or maintenance requirements to management.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills.
- Teamwork and ability to lead a team.
- Problem‑solving capability.
- Excellent customer service skills.
