Head of Content

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced content leader to build and scale content as a measurable growth engine in a global, remote‑first environment. Based in Saudi Arabia, you will own the content strategy across acquisition, engagement and brand consistency while working closely with growth, product and compliance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a data‑driven content strategy that drives organic traffic, sign‑ups and engagement.
• Own SEO initiatives, including keyword rankings, search visibility, organic traffic targets and domain authority growth.
• Develop a scalable content production framework for web, social, email and video channels.
• Establish editorial standards to ensure quality, accuracy, compliance and brand consistency.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of content creators and editors, setting performance objectives.
• Monitor and optimise channel‑specific metrics such as email performance, social interactions and video consumption.
• Build reporting frameworks to communicate performance, conversion impact and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to align content initiatives with acquisition goals and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in content strategy, editorial leadership or content production.
• At least 3 years leading a content function at Head or Director level.
• Proven track record in fintech, crypto, digital banking or other highly regulated, fast‑growing industries.
• Demonstrated success improving acquisition metrics through SEO and content‑driven initiatives.
