Head of Customer Segmentation & CVM Strategy

About the role

We are looking for a senior leader to own the customer segmentation strategy and analytics for a key client. The role will design segmentation frameworks, turn insights into targeted propositions, and drive measurable improvements across acquisition, engagement, retention, and pricing.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own end‑to‑end customer segmentation frameworks aligned with business objectives.
• Lead analytics initiatives such as behavioural profiling, value‑based segmentation and lifecycle analysis.
• Translate segmentation insights into actionable customer propositions for marketing, product and pricing teams.
• Own advanced data analysis and BI/reporting to monitor segment performance and CVM effectiveness.
• Present strategy and insights to senior stakeholders to influence commercial decisions.
• Continuously refine segmentation models based on performance data and market shifts.

Required profile

• 8‑11 years of experience in customer segmentation, CVM or customer analytics.
• Proven track record of building segmentation strategies from the ground up.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate analytics into business propositions.
• Experience leading a segmentation or analytics team is a plus.
