Head of Facilities Management (FM/Operations Manager)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management (FM) and Operations Manager to lead daily facility operations and act as the primary liaison with the employer/client.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily facility operations and coordinate all FM service lines.
- Enforce KPIs and ensure alignment with the Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP).
- Manage compliance with ISO 55000 standards.
- Serve as the main point of contact with the employer/client.
- Lead multi‑disciplinary teams to deliver efficient facility services.
Required profile
- 10–12 years of experience in FM or Operations Management.
- Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
- Experience ensuring compliance with ISO 55000.
- Ability to drive KPI performance and align with strategic asset plans.
