Head of Finance

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance leader to head the finance and administrative functions for our Saudi Arabian operations. Reporting to senior country and regional leadership, you will be the strategic partner responsible for financial stewardship, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a finance team of approximately 10 professionals across accounting, treasury, tax, and legal entity governance.
• Oversee financial management, IFRS reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow optimization.
• Ensure robust internal controls and compliance with Saudi regulatory and tax requirements.
• Partner with senior business leaders to influence commercial decisions and drive process simplification.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, tax advisors, and government authorities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive financial management experience.
• Proven experience in a complex, globally operating multinational organization.
• Deep knowledge of accounting standards, IFRS, taxation, treasury, and legal entity financial management.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi economic, regulatory and business environment.
• Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
